Ideal Time of Year to be Smoking a Good Stogie!

Ideal places to smoke your cigar - it is like when people ask me what is your favourite cigar? An impossible question to answer but it does create that fun debate much like who is the best footballer in the world?
Smoking a Cuban cigar ideally is when someone has a little bit of time to sit back and enjoy the experience whether a big heavy Bolivar or a lighter more subtle Quai d'Orsay. The wonderful difference between smoking cigarettes and smoking cigars is the slower pace of smoking a cigar. There is no fix that needs to be hit in 5 minutes, it is a gradual journey over 30 minutes or several hours depending on the size and your natural pace and one gets more reward as you smoke down the cigar, with different flavours and strengths as it burns down.
I think everyone's favourite time to smoke their best cigars is out in the open, fishing or playing golf or just at home on the porch, with a decent glass of something in 1 hand and a Monte 2 stogie in the other and just shooting the breeze with close family and friends. This is the best time of year to be smoking cigars, outdoor pursuits and hopefully with a little more time off from work I hope you all find a few moments to sit back and truly enjoy your cigars this Summer!
