Can Lance Armstrong do it again?

Lance Armstrong is the only one who won 7 Tour de France. But two years after having stopped his career, can he still win the Tour de France? Even if the 37-year-old Texan has conceded that his chances of victory on the Champs-Elysees in Paris on Sunday ar slim, we still believe that he is faster than Contador on 'against-the-clock' (Wednesday) and can take the 'Maillot Jaune'.
